Working on marriage intimacy?

Wife left for another man and got pregnant by him. I found out that the man controlled the situation she was susposed to come back after a week but he took her phone and wouldnt let her talk to me. He then persued her strongly by trying to have sex with her constantly evem though she said no every time. he bought her wine one night and got her drunk then they had sex and he came in her thats why she is pregnant now. She relized he was crazy and i was in a relationship with somone else. turned out the girl i was with was crazy also. So my wife came back we started off talking and it kinda grew from there. we decided to work things out and stay together. Its been about two weeks since we decided that and we still sleep in seperate bedrooms. Im kinda wanting to get back to the old ways and be more intamate with each other with cuddling and kissing and sleeping in the same room. She is kinda withdrawen a little she does hug and has started giving me little kisses. How long will it take for her to move back into the bedrrom? Its a little frustrating but im trying to be patient. She mostly says it is because she is pregnant that she doesnt want to be intamate which could be true i know harmones change. I dont know what to do i would like to at least be in the same bedroom sleeping again. (and no i dont snore so that isnt a problem.) And we both relized we had faults before this all happend and think we have learned stuff about our selves from this experience so it wasnt all her fault.
I only met my g/f after she was gone for a month and told me she would never come back and all we talked about was divorce and the spliting of the items and bills. Never expected to get back with her she seemed happy with the new guy and she was pregnant from him so i decided to move on. But when she came back it changed things a bit.
