I was browsing gameboy mods and found directions for a working gameboy ipod case: http://www.flickr.com/photos/52722292@N00/sets/72157594488080995/
It has a small how to, but its pretty difficult to follow. I was wondering if i could buy a cheapo usb ipod remote such as this: http://www.gadgetgreats.com/ProductImages/ipod_nano/dr_10_ipod_nano_remote_control_01.gif
Take it apart, and some how set it up so the buttons on the remote correspond with the buttons on the gameboy. I have no tech experience, but my dad does so he might be able to help. Otherwise i have no idea where to start other than emptying the contents of the gameboy. That seems to be more or less what the guy who made iboy did; of course, i dont need the fancy stuff. i just want the d pad to work as seek and volume, and the b and a buttons to change songs, and start and select to be start and pause. Am i on the right track with wanting to take apart the ipod remote? Will that even work?
