Working from Home - Office Deduction?????

I currently work out of my house for my employer. It's very similar to a call center / help desk position. I currently have our 3rd bedroom set up as an office - however, we would like to add a room to our house and dedicate it to my office.

Can I duduct the new addition to our home? We were thinking about adding a closed in porch and relocating my office.
