Right now I am working for one of the other National carriers, and I enjoy my job, but the size of my company is really limiting my potential to move up in the ranks. How well does Cricket pay its employees, and how well structured & organized is Cricket?
I live in the Cincinnati market where Cricket is just getting ready to launch. I imagine it would be a pretty solid market to start working in with good key demographics.
