Working as lawyer in a Legal Dept. ?
I am a 20 y.o freshman. I want to have a career in law enforcement but also want to study law. Now upon completion of my law degree, can I work for the Legal Dept of a law enforcement agency and still participate in field operations as a leo ? If yes do I need to pass the bar exam before I can serve as a Legal Adviser( would that be considered as practicing law). My agencies of choices are Miami PD, Miami-Dade PD, LAPD,FBI,Secret Services, ATF, and certain university police like FIU,UCF and UCLA
