I'm in WI. I work at a hotel in cleaning the rooms for 4 yrs now. My back got messed up pretty bad so I filled out a injury report with my supervisor. I been going to a chiropractor now for about 2 weeks. Right now I'm doing light work, nothing in the rooms and get hrly pay now which doesn't equal what I was making per room. (was at $3.25/room now at $7.15/hr) Today my manager was talking about not putting me back into rooms anymore. I was wondering if they can do that, just switch my original job on me?? My chiropractor said I will be able to go back to my original job eventually, just not yet. If anyone can help me out thanx.
