Is it illegal for managers to have discussions about your employment status infront of other workers?
Is it illegal to ask "why" when one calls out of work.
is it illegal to force an employee to stay when they are vomitting, then humiliate them infront of other customers and management...and other workers.
Is it illegal to write someone up for calling out twice in a row for being sick.
Is it illegal to keep an employee by locking them in the building 45 minutes after they punched out? I think i know the answer to that, but i want to ask anyway,
