Wordpress email html code?

I want to add something in my wordpress that you could insert your email address in, and when you do, I get a message of your email. Please help. I don't know anything about Apache or HTML. Please help me with a tutorial of something.I'm new at wordpress and can't open up the program either. Thanks.
