I'm trying to add a few sentences at the top, not as a post, but as heading that would stay there, and not get shifted down like posts do.
I'm using a wordpress template (twenty-ten), and I want to add a permanent paragraph, but can't figure out how. Do some templates allow this and others don't? If I were to keep the template, is the only way to change it through editing the CSS? And getting that $15/year program to do so?
If its standard to do this, how do I get there through the wordpress menu? The header just refers to the picture, not type.
