Wording for a reception only invitation, bride and groom hosting.?

My fiance and I are going out of the country to get married. We will return for the reception a week later. I am making DIY reception invitations and want very specific info on how to word, space, place commas, etc.... Also, how can you word RSVP via email or phone?
This is what I have so far... HELP. Be as specific as possible. on spacing, capitalization etc...

Candie and Tim Barnthouse request the pleasure of your company at an evening dinner and dance reception to celebrate their marriage.

Friday, the twenty third of October two thousand and nine.
at seven o’clock

Norman, Oklahoma

Personally, I would cut out the word reception. Simply saying to celebrate their marriage is sufficient.
