Alright, so I have Windows Vista and I'm working with Word 2007. I keep getting the above error message and I can't save any of my word files.
Now I went to the environmental variables to check the TEMP folder and see if everything is okay. Wen I looked at the TEMP and TMP files, the value says for the both of them:
C:\TEMP
I figured that this was okay, and when I went to check the actual folder, it existed so I deleted all of the tmeporary files inside. I restarted the computer and tried again. But it is still giving me the same error message.
I cleaned my registry, I downloaded all updates, I defragmented the hard drive, I checked all of my disks....I'm running out of ideas and nothing is working.
Can someone tlel me if I'm doing something wrong or if there is possibly something else that I can do that might help? Thank you.
