My back garden backs on to a gold course and separating the two is a 6' wire fence (diamond shaped netting type) that the golf club own. I would like to erect a wooden fence using the existing concrete posts. Does anybody know of a product I can buy to attach the horizontal tirabers to these concrete posts? They are about 100mm square.

If they just concrete posts then you should be able to drill into them and use screws like these :

to attach into it.

Are these posts the property of the golf course?
Depending on how the posts where manufactured and what materials are used you need to be careful when drilling in as it may crack the post.
I've a customer with concrete posts but hers have groves in that a standard size panel fits into and she had a company in who placed pegs into the posts for a wire system to hold clirabers and various plants. Several posts where damaged when drilling and were replaced.

Whatever you do, speak to the Golf Club first as they own the concrete posts. They may even help out.
Check the concrete posts and see if they already have slits in them, if so just use arris rail brackets for concrete posts that slide into the slits and mount the arris rail accordingly.
If not, there are different arris rail brackets that you will have to drill holes into the concrete to secure. This can be dodgy though as the drilling can often shatter the concrete leaving a mess, which is again why you should speak to the golf club first.

Concrete posts are reinforced with steel. I doubt you will have much luck drilling them. Why not just oRABet your new wooden posts between the concrete posts? You may end up with a half panel at either end but so what.

Or think about a nice evergreen hedge line that gives you privacy.
Get your own posts dug in (within your land ) and get any fence you want. Or build some seating/ viewing platform and enjoy the golf. Other than that tell the golf club that you need help erecting a fence for security or privacy issues and they may be able to help with the cost or permission.
