Agreed! Although richening things up will improve power a bit and help to cool things down along with it but you won't get nearly the performance improvements you could without the pipes and AC. Having said that, there's nothing wrong with keeping the stock exhaust if that's what you want and a properly programmed fuel management system (PCV etc.) won't hurt a thing.
