Wood Fish in Harvest Moon Tree of Tranquility?

I'm stuck on trying to find either a banana or fishing for a wood fish. I can't get to Toucan Island, and I have to fish at the Goddess Spring, but I don't know where this spring is. does anyone have a *map* or something of this place?
