Women, why complain about being paid less than men?

Usually, in most situations, when buying goods at shops, the more you pay, the more you get in quantity. That's how economics works, in a generic sense.

In the workplace, studies have CONFIRMED that women overwhelmingly take more time off in sickness each month, or for family reasons, or expect to take career breaks or simply leave a company as compared to men. Why then, in this situation, should women be paid the same salary as men? Seems to me, the fact that women are still paid less than men for a comparable job, makes obvious social, economic, practical and above all, moral sense.

Quit crying Wo-men.
