Women who have had sex please help!?

Me and my girlfriend had sex around wednesday 9/16 and her period
is supposed to be on 9/19 but her last period was 8/23 because she
told me a new date of period had started because she changes every 6 months. I used a condom and i also broke up with her because of some stupid fight we had. Anyways she has been really emotional i have seen her cry and shes most likely stressed because she really loved me so can there be any reason why shes not pregnant i mean i heard girls when stressed out alot can affect with there menstrual cycle? Please answer
 
yes! stress can MAJORLY affect your period. I have missed periods all together due to stress.
emotions + sex + stress all fuck with your hormones, which messes with your menstrual cycle. Don't panic about a pregnancy yet :)
