Women have it harder than men, a debate...?

I, a thirteen year old girl, think that women have it harder than men, and here are the reasons why:

Women have to have the children
Women have to have a period, every month, of ever year, for around 40 years.
Women have to shave ( i know this isn't a NEED, but think about it, do most guys want to date a girl with hairy armpits and legs?)
Women spend hours in the bathroom trying to look good for men (this is also not a need but a lot (not all) men like girls that are physically attractive and sexy)

guys:
(Usually) Have to ask the girls/women out ...big deal.
Have to shave their faces (also not a necessity, but you get it)
....what else? I'm not trying to be rude, but i can't think of anymore

So, tell me what you think about this. And if you have more on the list for women or men feel free to add. I am asking this question because i want to hear both sides of the story.

This is hardly a scientific discussion, rather a social debate. Not to mention is relative to your view on each of the outlined points.

I, seventeen year old boy, think that nature is pretty well balanced.

To make a baby takes more than a women, that's His will.
We can be sick too! *sigh*
Men have to shave. If we don't shave we would look like rabbi's or terrorists (common stereotypes, not mine) an everyone would run away from us.

* In Muslim and some Christian countries you don't have to ask girls to go out with you. Ask her parents and marry her. Ritual called dating, and all what goes with it, is not necessary.
ADD: Guys have to do all physical jobs like resource mining, wood cutting, fireman's, policeman's etc.

considering we have a period once a month yeah i think that's pretty annoying. (: men have nothing like that.
