I started by period about the time of in the middle of last year.
I've had about 2 periods after that.

I don't get them regular yet.. well at least I havent had anothoer period for quite some time now.. when should I start knowing when they come?

But sometimes, recently.. When i'm not even on my period I wake up with cramps.. about a half and hour later i'm fine.

What could this be?
Woops, sorry theres some spelling errors ^
Thanks, you've helped!
But, how do i tell if its a period or not?

My "periods" usually lasted a week... blood and everything, cramps, bloat, normal period things right?
Could you tell me what a cyst is please?
thank you so much! <3

this may not be your menstrual cycle at all. may be a cyst or something else. get it checked out by an OBGYN to make positive something more serious isn't wrong! hope i helped :)

depending on your age you may not have a regular period for several years your body sounds like it's trying to learn to regulate itself if you are verry young still ask your mother how old she was when she had her first peroid and what it was like for her at first and how long till it became normal and if that dosent ease your mind then see a gynacoligist who will be able to answer all of your questions for you i can tell you though for some women cramping in the middle is normal

well, this could be maybe some scabs or cuts that are being made from toilet paper or rubbing to hard with toilet paper, so there is a chance you might not really have your period.
to explain the cramps, that could just be something you've been eating lately, i remember when i was like 11, i kept on having cramps but i hadn't even started my period.
so you might not have your period.
but if you do, cramps come to young girls after starting their period even if it's not that time of month, everybody has cramps and once you first start your period your going to be having a lot

Sometimes it will take a good couple of years for your cycle to become regular. Just be prepared all the time, carry something around with you in your handbag or whatever.

It's annoying not knowing when it will happen, but eventually it will become easier for you. The cramps you wake up with may not be related to your period..but if they occur frequently, go to the doctors it may be ovarian cysts (which are mainly harmless but should be checked nonetheless)
