Woke up with Chest pain that doesn't go away. Can't breath

I can only shallow b reath. As soon as i try deep, it hurts alot on the right side chest. It's not outside muscle pain as if sprained. No.

It's internal.

It also hurts if i bend down the torso.

I've been having chest pains and weird abdominal pain too since i was age 13.(i'm 30 now) Painful stuff..But i was fine lately, so i dont know what happend.

I have a skinny marfans type body, and doctors have noted that. But i dont know if that could have to do with why i have chest pains often.
 
Ok, i'm reporting what happened.

So i went to cardiovascular dr. Got checked. Apparently he saw that my cardiovascular system seems ok. he did EKG, also ok.

so what can this be?

Today my chest has been hurting 10 hours plus. Then it got better but still pain.

the dr suggested i should be checked for Marfans and also get a CAT scan etc but he said when i have insurance, which i dont.

He just told me to take advil/tylenol for the chest pain. and that also if my problem is not heart related it could be lung. But like i said, because i dont have insurance i can't really do any tests
