Woke up this morning and my left arm was bent and when i tried to straighten

out, i felt a sharp pain???!!!!? Last night i worked out my biceps and triceps on free-weights. I woke up this morning and my left arm was stuck in a bent position. When i tried to straighten it out i felt this sharp pain in my medial epicondyle (my elbow pit). I finally was able to straighten out after a few minutes of massaging and slowly straightening it out. It still hurts really bad whenever i move in any directions. Any ideas of what it is and how i can heal it?
my right arm feels totally fine, not sore.
It is not a sore feeling but a sharp, knife like feeling. it is not in my bicep or tricep, rather the inside of my elbow, where the tendons are. it is not from working out i dont think
