I filed a simple 1040 form with no deductions, just claiming myself as single. WMR says if there are no delays or I owe no taxes I should get my refund by March 1, 2011. But I have been reading that there is a delay for all refunds that give March 1, 2011 as the expected refund date. As of this morning (wed 2/23 at 1:00 am) there has been no change in the information on WMR. Should I not expect my refund this Friday?
WMR says I should get my refund by March 1, 2011. Does this mean it will be delayed?
