and now it says 2/22/11? Return accepted on 1/16/11. First WMR stated I should have my return by 1/28/11. After being told by IRS agent that there was a hold on my refund and that I would be getting a letter, WMR changed to state that there was no information on my return. NOW WMR says that my return is being processed and that due to delays my refund date is now 2/22/11. I still have not gotten the letter yet (4464c according to the agent). Another IRS agent stated that after sending the letter out, my refund was scheduled for the "4th cycle" which is 2/22. He saw nothing else indicating anything other than what I see on WMR. Has anyone ever gotten their refund after getting letter 4464c?
