Without wind resistance, how fast does an object fall? (first 50 ft?) (50 to 100 ft.?)?

I'm observing antelope running down steep cliffs without injury, and I want to know if this can work for humans too. (I did something similar with steep but safe hills when I was a kid)
How fast would a human have to run to (almost) keep up with gravity, if they were running almost straight down a steep hill or cliff?
