Withdrawal from foods

can anyone tell me what symptoms they get when they stop eating a food they are allergic to?

my 4 year old has been off wheat for about 5 days now, and sulphites, last night she had a dirty nappy(diareha) in the middle of the night, started getting a runny nose, and very irritable, and woke up this morning with a croup cough, she does get croup quite often, but with the amount of Predmix she has been having in the last 4 weeks for her rash, I didn't think she would even get croup
 
I don't usually have symptoms other than a strong craving for the food. My ENT says it's like an addiction.

Perhaps it's a reaction to the PredMix??

I wasn't sure, because she was so weird, I thought maybe but you are right it could be the Predmix
