I am a full time college student. Currently I'm enrolled in my 3rd semester at this point.
My family is having difficult time supporting me in college and actually my parents are borowing money from my relatives and grandma. I feel so guilty of that and although I am an adult(21 yrs old), I am not really making money for my family. Even after I graduate in 1.5-2 yrs, I don't know if I will be a successful woman who can afford my family financially. I feel as if I am fully committed.
So I was thinking since this is my 2nd week of school, if I withdraw for this semester and work full time I will be able to pay for my tuition for about 1 yrs or so in the future, which means I do not have to borrow money from my relatives. by the way they are supporting tuition for my younger brother too. If I decide to do so, the school will give only 1/2 the money back.
Another option is that since I am registered for night classes and a weekend class, I might just withdraw from day classes and get a full time day job. This means that there won't be any refund from school.
Or my last choice can be I stay the way I am now, but this means that I won't have any money for my self but to rely on my parents, which I greatly feel guilty because they barely support the household.
I do not know what to do and I do not want to be too old and still be in college...sigh*
How do you guys deal with your situations if you have similar to mine?
