...you are using 2+ computers? For instance, it is almost always fine if it is just me using it, but if my sister is as well, the whole thing will cease to work and I will be forced to go to the verizon IP site to manually tell it to reconnect. I have spent hours on the phone with verizon customer support and each time they tell me it will never happen again. It always does. Please help! Is there something wrong with my bandwidth? Thanks!
