...expect favoritism and corruption? The same people who complain about big companies having unfair advantages also the first people who demand government regulation. Doesn't it make sense that it's not the free market that lets them have these advantages, but the very government involvement that sets up this cronyism? Do you really expect that in a bog money game like politics you will find dependable politicians to regulate wealthy businesses who can resist the temptations of large donations / contributions / bribes? Doesn't it just make more sense to get the politician's fingers out of the business pie as much as possible?
