First of all please no colon cleaning or acai berry advertisement answers. im not interested. So if I bike at least 3 intense miles a day, and diet, (three small meals a day), will I lose any weight? I'm like 5'2 and i weigh about 120 pounds. I'm looking to lose about 10-15 pounds. Like 2 pounds a week.
