with a koodo talk and text plan do i get free incoming long distance calls?

i have the basic talk and text plan, with koodo, and no add-ons. my girlfriend is long distance and shes getting my-5 with Rogers so i'm wondering if she will be able to call me. If this is going to cost me a fee, is there an add-on that will cover it?
