Wishbone in Mcdonald's chicken sandwich?

Today i went to mcdonald's and ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich, and about half way through i bit into something hard. I opened the sandwich up and found not a bone chip, but the entire wishbone of the chicken, in my sandwich.

I was wondering what to do about this.
Is it worth it to file a lawsuit?
