i went to the dentist today to see what has been hurting me and they said i have a wisdom tooth coming in but i think it is becoming impacted because it is making all my other teeth hurt and my gum is becoming red but they said i didnt have to do anything? What should i do? should i go see a new dentist. will i get an infection, do i need to get and extraction or not?
