wisdom tooth completely covered with skin, gushing blood, and extremely sore!

help please? i have no dental insurance..went to the ER a week ago dr. said it was an abscess without even looking at it..there was just a small flap of skin over the back side of the tooth now it is completely covered puffy and sore and is continuously oozing blood. ER dr gave me antibiotics 8 a day for a week i have taken those as directed hasn't helped which makes me think this is not an abscess. i have no money to go to a dentist what should i do help please
