wisdom teeth extraction last thursday?

hello i got my bottom wisdom pulled out. it was impacted. i got the surgery on thursday and have to go back this thursday comin up. i havent experienced any difficulties. yesterday i woke up with blood on my pillow so of course i freaked and went to the dentist and he laughed and told me im fine that its normal to have a lil bit of blood. well he said i can smoke in 4days and its been 5 now and i smoked once the day i got the extraction but wanted to kno if im still at risk of developing dry socket? i still have scab at the stitch site n i am cleaning it 3times a day with water n salt n since my breath smellls like dooo doo ive been brushin more than 4times a day. now this is my main question. i have noticed mi stiches movin around and they are kinda starting to bother my cheek and tongue but nothing serious jus discomfort and i think it looks like the stitches are falling off. if they do fall off is that bad? also when i do go on thursday to get them removed will the dentist numb my mouth or jus go for it and also will i feel it and hurt real bad? i hate pain lol
