Wisdom teeth: crowding, alignment, grinding, and pain?

My wisdom teeth have been coming in for years now. I feel as though they have caused one of my front and one of my bottom teeth to become more crooked.

This past week and a half the lower teeth right after my canine teeth on the left side feel different. They feel as if they had shifted and this is causing me pain and it also causing me to grind my teeth and push my tongue against them. Can it be possible that my wisdom teeth caused my teeth to shift therefore not having my top teeth align to my bottom teeth? If so does shifted teeth cause you to grind them and mess with them with your tongue? It is becoming a bad habit that is causing me pain and anxiety because it hard to stop grinding them and pushing against them. Also can such drastic change occur in a couple of days?

I am a 22 yr old male.
Thomas- My tongue is starting to hurt and little bumps are appearing

Am i going to have to get them removed? I haven't been to the dentist since high school! I guess this is what happens when you don't go.
