Wisdom teeth blood clot?

I got all four of my wisdom removed yesterday and one of the blood clot's fell out should i be worried. the others fell like like there about to fall out to
 
IT's only a problem if it hurts. If a blood clot falls out and you are in a lot of pain when you breathe in then you will have a 'dry socket'. This is easily treated at the dentist (he will put medicine into the hole and its relatively painless). No pain? No worry!
