I see there are 4 loose wires for the negative battery pole on a 1996 Ford Fiesta I have - three are thin ones coloured black and yellow. The fourth is a thicker cable attached at the other end to the body metalwork. There are two nuts for attaching the cables, left and right of the main attachment eye. Sadly car electrics are not my thing... Which cable attaches where, left or right, and does it really matter?
