wiring problems within car help!?!?!?

I have a Dodge Intrepid 2003 And the wiring has been kinda funky. Anyway i had the car checked they so calling fixed it a week later it started up again. The CD player making like that switching cds sound and the lights flashing again.WHAT IS THE COMMON WIRE THAT CONTROLS THE CD PLAYER AND THE LIGHTS WITHIN THE CAR? I am so sick of this because sometimes the lights within the car stays on all night (i cannot turn it off on my own i just have to wait until it cuts off on it's own) and i have to jump my car in the morning. It's not the battery cuz they already tested it so i am positive it must be a wire. Thanx
