Is there a free program/application anyone knows of that helps you to find out which way the wireless signal is coming from. Like it tells you which way to point an external w/network adapted. I am using an external network adapter (d-Link) along with USB extensions. Is there anything out there that will show me which way the signal iis actually coming from? I know the obvious "look at the bars on the taskbar" but I actually am unable to do such and my friend isnt very helpful when either I am on the roof moving the wireless stick (d-LINK) around or vice versa. Please if there is a free program/application that is without spyware,adware,malware or anything else of that harmful nature that can help to better place my wireless stick that is also free of any charge let me know???
