wireless routers from offices to rooms that is 400m away?

I am working in Burkina Fasu, we have satellite internet connection here at the offices, I would like to install a wireless router to my room which is about 400m away from the offices, to allow me to connect to the internet, is this possible and what do I need to have this done.
do I need a specific router, can you maybe recommend what type to get, I am quite clueless with these stuff
