I'm working on a project on suggesting new and attractive campaigns to the subscribers of our wireless/mobile phone operator.
Your help is required in giving some creative and wacky ideas. What new services should be suggested? A few examples are:
-Time window based charges on MMS i.e. users would be charged less in certain hours of the day on MMS
-Pay per site i.e if you use GPRS, and you use particular sites more often, browsing on those sites could be charges lesser
-Free SMS on calling . i.e. Get 10 free SMS after every 5 mins of calls.
Note that I'm in Pakistan, and my company is 2.5G.
