Wireless iphone headphones?

I'm wondering if they make a wireless iphone headset in which i can talk and listen to music, also change songs by it. I see bluetooth on the site but i dont know if i can listne to music through bluetooth and switch songs? anyone know thanks
 
both no but if the phone is jailbroken i thing there is a thing to install that u can listen to music through bt headset
