hi, just recently my wireless internet box(netgear) has been down. however, the regular internet works. when i connect the regular internet cables to the netgear box, the wireless or regular internet do not work. when the netgear box is unplugged, wireless internet does not work and the regular internet does. never had this problem before. called internet provider and no help. i am not too smart with computers, so please leave any detailed answer you can. thank you!
