I received a wireless router for my birthday a few months ago. It worked fine until one day when my boyfriend was using his laptop at my home. When he clicked on the Internet, it prompted for the password, which it had never done with me. I gave him the password that was on the bottom of the router, a few clicks, and he was connected. Problem was, after that, I haven't been able to get on with my laptop at all (but his still works). It says that it's connected, has full signal, but when I click on the internet, it says "this page cannot be displayed." We tried search for solutions on the internet but haven't been able to find anything. Now it is constantly saying "acquiring network address" and never connects. Does anyone have any solutions? Thanks.
