Wireless connection not detected after resetting modem?

All the lights were on on my Westell modem/router from ATT causing the connection to go on and off. I reseted the modem and now I can't even detect my connection even when I am able to see all my neighbors connections. First 2 lights on the estell modem are on also the wireless green light but DSL light keeps flashing every 2 seconds. Please HELPP
