Wireless cable modems with phone line hookup?

I have a cable modem that my digital phone hooks into. That is connected to a router for wireless networking. I am continually having to power off both to get connected. I am looking for a modem that will allow me to connect via a wireless connection and have my phone work too. Any idea where I can find a modem that will do all of this without having to pay Time Warner to rent one>
