wire a stereo in my 1976 ford f100 single cab? speakers?

i bought my truck... bought a stereo (Pioneer Premier DEH-P700BT) was going to install then i found out there is no wires/harness coming from the truck. how can i wire it up????. also there is no wires for the door speakers. how would i run these?? went to a local car audio store. they wanted to charge me 250$ to wire the truck. S#@%@.
