OK so the fluid is not coming out of my honda civic im not hearing no noise when i push the wiper biutton. Aswell the wind shield wipper works. I was told it could be the fuse or a clog. If it is a fuse my mechanic said it cost about $200 is this true i think hes ripping me offf, so im like yah brb lol . any who what's is everyones advise here?
