winter storm:will it affect if you want to get your driver license?

I have to retake my test tomorrow for my drivers test"the driving part:there expecting a winter storm tomorrow.will the DMV close bc of this? I can't stand the fact the one day I can go take it I can't bc of this stupid storm watch...are my chances higher that I get it if i drive in the snow?
