Windshield wipers stop only when on high setting, other speeds work fine, on my

Chrysler LHS? I have a 96 LHS. The high setting stops the wipers. It can be anywhere on the windshield and the moment you put it on high they stop. I replaced the wiper relay and that didnt do any good. What could it be? Linkage in the motor, the motor itself?
 
well it could be both the only way to find out is to actually have someone to look at it. an let u know what is going on, there could be a loose wire somewhere between the computer for it or the switch.
