Windsheld won't stay up

Crush these and add water. Wipe liberally over windshield.

Seriously though . . . I'm not sure I fully understand what's going on. Would you explain further?

You have the three screws at the base of the windshield with them tighten up the windshield will slip up in the middle and lean back toward me when I go down the road.

Any chance the brass inserts on the inner fairing are loose or a thread is stripped? Are you using a stock or after market shield? Have you removed the shield to check for damage?

One final thought - unless you have the shield properly lined up it's possible that the shield is actually not located properly over the inner fairing ridge that is around the brass insert (I think this may be what's going on in your case). Take all bolts out, move the shield in place so you feel it click in pace (around "threaded bosses"). It should stay put without the bolts. Tighten bolts to spec (25 in lbs)

Mine does this because the brass inserts are stripped and they pull out. Still looking for a fix. Tried jb weld and it held for about a year.

I found when using the Harley windshield replacement inserts, you may not be able to tighten up the windshield. I now use JB weld on the stock inserts if they start slipping and now I can really crank them down with any problem.
